The app is fully functional as it allows you punish, pardon, or skip a case.

Update: Seems like the app is only working for NA region according to user feedbacks. I can't test other regions because it would take forever for me to reach lvl 20 if I create accounts for other regions. If you have testing lvl +20 accounts and don't mind me testing with them please email me. I would really appreciate it!
